Party Bus Rentals in West Jordan
Westvalleycitypartybuscompany.com is a comparison and referral platform built for groups in West Jordan and across the Salt Lake Valley. It is not a bus company, and it doesn’t own any vehicles. What it does is connect your trip details to a network of transportation providers serving West Jordan, South Jordan, Herriman, Sandy, and the rest of Salt Lake County — so instead of calling companies one at a time and waiting on callbacks, you compare real options from multiple providers in one place and get an all-inclusive quote in under 30 seconds.
No two West Jordan group trips are the same. A bachelorette crew hitting downtown Salt Lake City bars calls for something completely different than a school field trip to the Natural History Museum of Utah, and a quinceaƱera reception off Bangerter Highway needs different vehicles than a corporate shuttle between Jordan Landing office parks and a Salt Palace convention. Through the network, you get access to West Jordan party bus rentals across the full size and amenity spectrum — from 14-passenger Sprinter limos and 15–35 passenger minibuses to full-size 40–56 passenger charter buses.

West Jordan Bus Amenities Built Around Your Trip
Party buses in the 15-to-50 passenger range typically come equipped with color-changing LED lighting, a full-length wet bar, wraparound perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, and a Bluetooth sound system — a natural fit for bachelorette routes through Murray and Midvale, or birthday nights rolling through downtown Salt Lake City. Minibuses are a practical middle-ground for wedding guest shuttles and airport runs, with reclining seats and strong climate control built for Utah’s wide seasonal temperature swings. Full-size charter buses add overhead luggage storage, onboard restrooms, power outlets, and WiFi — everything your group needs for longer runs to Lehi, Provo, or Ogden.
Amenities vary by vehicle, and the quote tool shows you exactly what each bus includes before you commit.

West Jordan Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) (776 N Terminal Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84122) sits roughly 17 miles north of central West Jordan via I-15 — and anyone who’s navigated the I-215/I-15 interchange during a morning departure window already knows what that corridor can do to a schedule when it backs up. The airport completed its $4.1 billion renovation in phases through 2024, consolidating terminals and updating commercial vehicle ground transportation procedures in the process.
For a West Jordan airport shuttle, the key is having the full group together with luggage in hand before calling for the bus — commercial vehicles can’t hold at the curb, so coordinate a single group leader to make the call once everyone is assembled at the Arrivals level. A bus also handles the luggage overflow that rideshare trunks can’t, and keeps a group of 10 or 20 people on one coordinated pickup instead of scattered across five separate rides. See the full Salt Lake City airport shuttle guide for current pickup zone details.

West Jordan Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Salt Lake Valley gives bachelorette groups a lot of ground to cover — rooftop cocktails in the Sugar House neighborhood, bar-hopping along downtown Salt Lake City’s Pierpont Avenue corridor, and late stops at spots in Murray and Midvale on the way back south to West Jordan. Doing all of that in separate cars means someone ends up being the responsible one, and the group never quite stays together across a long night with multiple stops.
A West Jordan bachelorette party bus solves both problems at once. A 15-to-30 passenger party bus with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, and a Bluetooth system lets the celebration start the moment everyone boards — and the same bus picks up the whole crew at the end of the night, no matter how late it runs. West Jordan to downtown Salt Lake City is about 17 miles on I-15, and the bus handles both directions.

West Jordan Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
West Jordan’s large and growing Latino community makes it one of the Salt Lake Valley’s most active markets for quinceaƱera celebrations — and a party bus arrival is the kind of entrance the guest of honor remembers for years. Birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 are a great match for the occasion, and many vehicles in the network can be requested in white, gold, or black to match your theme colors. When you want to rent a party bus for your daughter’s quinceaƱera or a milestone birthday, call 385-342-1160 to check availability for your date.
Whether the celebration is heading to a reception hall on Redwood Road, a catered dinner at Jordan Landing, or a night out through downtown Salt Lake City, the bus keeps the full guest list together from pickup to the last drop-off. No caravan of separate cars trying to coordinate in the parking lot — everyone boards together, and everyone gets home the same way. Use the quote tool to compare vehicle options, or call 385-342-1160 right now!

West Jordan Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Two of the Wasatch Front’s busiest concert venues sit just minutes north of West Jordan on I-215. USANA Amphitheatre (5150 Upper Ridge Rd, West Valley City, UT 84128) is an approximately 18,000-capacity outdoor venue with a single-road approach — Upper Ridge Road operates as a one-way corridor on show nights, and the post-concert backup can hold traffic for 45 minutes or more after the last song. Maverik Center (3200 S Decker Lake Dr, West Valley City, UT 84119) hosts indoor events year-round just off I-215, where rideshare pickups scatter across the Decker Lake Drive access road and venue parking fills well before showtime.
A West Jordan concert bus rental keeps your group together for both legs of the trip. The bus holds in the lot during the show and makes one clean exit once traffic breaks — and party buses on concert runs come with Bluetooth sound and LED lighting to get the energy up on the way over. Call 385-342-1160 to reserve your concert transportation today!

West Jordan Corporate Event Transportation
The Jordan Landing corridor — 7300 South and Bingham Junction Boulevard — is one of West Jordan’s main commercial hubs, with office parks, hotels, and meeting spaces that generate a steady flow of corporate shuttles year-round. Moving a team of 20 or 30 people from a Jordan Landing meeting to the Salt Palace Convention Center (100 SW Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) means navigating I-15 during evening rush, where the I-215/I-15 merge can add 20–30 minutes to what looks like a 15-mile trip on the map.
A West Jordan corporate shuttle bus handles the logistics without the headache. Minibuses seating 15–35 are the most popular choice for West Jordan corporate runs — small enough to navigate office park drop zones, large enough to keep a full department together. WiFi and power outlets onboard mean travel time can be productive time.
Call 385-342-1160 to discuss scheduling and group rates!

West Jordan Private Event Transportation Services
Gardner Village (1100 W 7800 S, West Jordan, UT 84088) draws tens of thousands of visitors through its Witches of Gardner Village fall festival — running August through October — and the surrounding 7800 South corridor gets genuinely congested on peak weekend afternoons during the festival period. A West Jordan private event bus drops your group at the village entrance and picks up at a set time instead of hunting for spaces in the packed surface lots or circling the neighborhood.
Beyond Gardner Village, private event buses are a great fit for family reunions across multiple Salt Lake Valley parks, church group outings to Temple Square, and large birthday celebrations that span a dinner stop and an after-party in different parts of the valley. For cultural events and performances, the Utah Cultural Celebration Center (1355 W 3100 S, West Valley City, UT 84119) regularly hosts group-friendly events just minutes from West Jordan. You set the itinerary, the bus follows it.
Call 385-342-1160 to build your custom private event package!

West Jordan Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season hits hard in West Jordan. Copper Hills High School (5445 W 10020 S, West Jordan, UT 84081), West Jordan High School, and a long list of other Salt Lake County high schools all schedule proms in the April–May window — creating a 6-week stretch where party bus inventory across the Wasatch Front tightens fast. Book your prom bus by January or February — waiting until April typically means limited vehicle choices and rates running 30–40% higher than early-booking prices.
A typical West Jordan prom rental runs 5–6 hours: school pickup, dinner stop, venue drop-off, and after-party return. Prom buses for 20–30 students are the most common size for local groups. Parents appreciate having everyone in one vehicle with a set itinerary instead of spread across separate cars all night.
If your school’s prom is April or May, don’t wait — call 385-342-1160 now to check availability and lock in your date!

West Jordan School Event & Field Trip Transportation
School groups that use Westvalleycitypartybuscompany.com find the quoting process fast and the support team genuinely helpful for working through the logistics. Coordinating carpools across a large class or locking down a yellow school bus for a field trip to the Natural History Museum of Utah (301 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108) is a much harder problem than booking one charter bus that handles pickup, transport, and drop-off in a single reservation.
West Jordan school event buses offer real comfort upgrades over traditional school buses — overhead storage for backpacks and lunch bags, TV screens to keep students occupied on the I-15 run to Salt Lake City, and onboard restrooms on select vehicles for longer trips to Thanksgiving Point (3003 N Thanksgiving Way, Lehi, UT 84043) or Hogle Zoo (2600 E Sunnyside Ave, Salt Lake City, UT 84108). ADA-accessible buses are available through the network — just mention it when you request your quote. Call 385-342-1160 to get your West Jordan field trip transportation lined up!

West Jordan Sporting Event Transportation
Real Salt Lake fans making the trip south to America First Field (9256 S State St, Sandy, UT 84070) deal with I-15 southbound congestion that stacks from 9000 South all the way through the Bangerter interchange on match days. Post-match rideshare demand around the Sandy Civic Center TRAX station spikes fast, pushing wait times and surge pricing up across the corridor. A West Jordan sporting event bus routes around both problems — one vehicle picks everyone up in West Jordan, runs south on I-15, and handles the post-match exit as a single coordinated move.
See our America First Field game-day bus guide for specific drop-off zone details.
Utah Jazz and Utah Hockey Club fans heading to the Delta Center (301 W South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) face a different but equally real issue: downtown Salt Lake City parking on arena nights runs $20–$35 per space in the surrounding garages and fills well before tip-off or puck drop on sellout nights. One bus for the whole group cuts out the per-car parking cost entirely. Call 385-342-1160 to book your game-day transportation!

West Jordan Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Wedding transportation across the Salt Lake Valley takes real planning. A ceremony near the Jordan River Temple area (10800 S Redwood Rd, South Jordan, UT 84095) followed by a reception at a venue on Bangerter Highway or in the South Jordan corridor means guests arriving from across Salt Lake County — many of them unfamiliar with West Jordan street patterns and Bangerter interchange timing. Without a shuttle, the post-ceremony scramble to find the reception venue leaves a dining room half-empty when the toasts start.
A West Jordan wedding shuttle bus runs a clean loop from hotel blocks to the ceremony and reception, so guests arrive together and on time. Minibuses seating 15–35 are the most popular choice for West Jordan wedding guest shuttles. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the natural fit for the wedding party itself.
Because pickup windows and schedules get confirmed up front, your wedding-day transportation stays on track from first departure to final drop-off. Call 385-342-1160 to get your West Jordan wedding shuttle sorted today!

West Jordan Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Salt Lake City craft beer scene has grown significantly, and West Jordan is well-positioned for a brewery tour that strings together the best taprooms on one coordinated run. The I-15 run north puts your group at Fisher Brewing Company (320 W 800 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84101), Epic Brewing Company (825 S State St, Salt Lake City, UT 84111), and Uinta Brewing Company (1722 Fremont Ave, Salt Lake City, UT 84104) — three well-regarded taprooms within a few miles of each other, each with a distinct lineup and atmosphere.
A West Jordan pub crawl bus rental keeps everyone together and handles parking at each stop — no circling State Street for meters or hunting Fremont Avenue for loading zones. Group sizes for brewery tours typically run 10–25 people, making a party bus or minibus the natural fit. Call 385-342-1160 to build your Salt Lake Valley brewery tour itinerary!

Frequently Asked Questions About West Jordan Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Westvalleycitypartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Westvalleycitypartybuscompany.com?
Westvalleycitypartybuscompany.com is an independent comparison and quote-request website for group ground transportation in West Jordan and across the Salt Lake Valley. It connects you with a network of booking companies and local transportation providers, so you can compare party buses, charter buses, and minibuses through one online form instead of calling providers one at a time.
How does Westvalleycitypartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup location, and destination — into the online form, and you’ll see available vehicle options from providers serving the West Jordan area. Compare pictures, amenities, and estimated pricing in one place, then request a quote for the vehicle that fits your group best.
How much does a party bus cost in West Jordan?
Party bus rental prices in West Jordan vary based on vehicle size, date, and trip duration. To give you a reference: 15–20 passenger party buses run approximately $175–$325/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $215–$375/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses run $260–$450/hour; and full-size charter buses run $130–$270/hour or $1,050–$2,200/day. What is the best way to get a large group from West Jordan to Salt Lake City International Airport?
For groups of 8 or more, a charter bus or minibus handles the SLC run in one vehicle — no splitting into separate cars, no luggage that won’t fit in rideshare trunks. Salt Lake City International Airport is about 17 miles north of West Jordan via I-15, or roughly 20 miles via Bangerter Highway (SR-154). Plan your departure timing around the I-215/I-15 interchange, which can back up significantly during morning rush hours.
Call 385-342-1160 to set up your airport shuttle.
Can I rent a charter bus or party bus to ski resorts from West Jordan?
Yes — West Jordan is approximately 35–40 miles from Alta and Snowbird via Little Cottonwood Canyon (SR-210), and roughly 50 miles from Park City resort areas. Charter bus and minibus rentals handle ski group trips in season. Note that Little Cottonwood Canyon has UDOT-managed vehicle access requirements during winter weather conditions, including traction device rules that apply to all vehicles entering the canyon — confirm your access window based on the date and forecast before your trip.
When is the busiest time of year for party bus rentals in West Jordan?
Prom season (April–May) is consistently the tightest window, with high school prom dates across Salt Lake, Utah, and Davis counties stacking in a 6-week period. Summer concert season at USANA Amphitheatre (June–September) creates recurring demand spikes on weekend show dates. Real Salt Lake’s MLS season and Utah Jazz and Utah Hockey Club home games add periodic pressure throughout the year.
Booking 4–6 months ahead is the standard for prom; 4–8 weeks ahead is workable for most other events outside those peak windows.
Popular West Jordan Party Bus Destinations
A West Jordan party bus itinerary can reach sports arenas, outdoor entertainment venues, historic shopping villages, and Salt Lake Valley dining destinations in minutes. Here are some of the most popular stops for West Jordan group trips — with the local logistics details worth knowing before you go.

Jordan Landing
Jordan Landing is West Jordan’s main commercial and entertainment hub, centered around Megaplex Theatres Jordan Landing (7301 S Plaza Center Dr) and a long stretch of restaurants, shops, and nightlife options along Bingham Junction Boulevard. Weekend evenings bring heavy traffic to the 7300 South and Bingham Junction intersection — one of the busiest points in West Jordan — and the surface lots fill quickly during popular movie weekends and Friday and Saturday dining rushes. A party bus drops your group curbside at the theater entrance or restaurant of choice, waits nearby while you’re inside, and picks everyone up at a set time without the post-dinner parking scramble.
Address: 7300 S Bingham Junction Blvd, West Jordan, UT 84084

Maverik Center
The Maverik Center (3200 S Decker Lake Dr, West Valley City, UT 84119) is the Wasatch Front’s main indoor arena — home to Utah Grizzlies ECHL hockey and a year-round calendar of touring concerts and family events. It sits about 5 miles north of central West Jordan right off the I-215 / Decker Lake interchange, and the venue lot fills quickly on sold-out nights. Rideshare pickups cluster on Decker Lake Drive in a way that creates real congestion after events wrap.
A bus from West Jordan handles both legs — waiting in the lot while your group is inside, then pulling to the entrance as the crowd exits. Check the Maverik Center bus rental guide for current event-day logistics.
Address: 3200 S Decker Lake Dr, West Valley City, UT 84119 | Phone: (801) 988-8800

USANA Amphitheatre
USANA Amphitheatre (5150 Upper Ridge Rd, West Valley City, UT 84128) hosts the Wasatch Front’s biggest outdoor concerts through summer and fall, with an approximately 18,000-person capacity and a venue calendar that pulls national touring acts from May through September. The single-road approach — Upper Ridge Road operates as a one-way corridor on show nights — means everyone enters before the show and exits on the same road after. Post-concert traffic can hold for 45 minutes to an hour before it clears.
A bus from West Jordan loads the group and holds comfortably in the parking area while the exit queue works through, then makes one clean departure. See the USANA Amphitheatre concert bus guide for full planning detail.
Address: 5150 Upper Ridge Rd, West Valley City, UT 84128

America First Field
America First Field (9256 S State St, Sandy, UT 84070) is home to Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC — a 20,213-seat stadium about 15 miles south of West Jordan on I-15. Parking in the surrounding Sandy lots runs $10–$20 on match days, and I-15 southbound congestion builds well before kickoff along the Bangerter interchange. The Sandy Civic Center TRAX station adjacent to the stadium helps some fans bypass I-15, but TRAX cars fill fast on sellout evenings.
A bus from West Jordan runs the group straight to the stadium and handles the post-match exit without anyone waiting on a surge-priced rideshare or fighting for space on a packed TRAX car. Call 385-342-1160 to book your RSL game-day transportation!
Address: 9256 S State St, Sandy, UT 84070

Delta Center
The Delta Center (301 W South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) is downtown Salt Lake City’s main arena — home to the Utah Jazz and Utah Hockey Club, with an 18,300-seat capacity and a full calendar of concerts and events. Downtown Salt Lake City parking on arena nights runs $20–$35 per space in the surrounding garages and fills well before tip-off or puck drop on sellout nights. West Jordan to the Delta Center is roughly 17 miles north on I-15 — about 20–25 minutes off-peak, longer on a game night with downtown traffic merging from multiple on-ramps.
One bus for the whole group cuts out the per-car parking cost and keeps everyone together for the post-game exit. Call 385-342-1160 to get your Delta Center transportation set up!
Address: 301 W South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101

Gardner Village
Gardner Village (1100 W 7800 S, West Jordan, UT 84088) is West Jordan’s historic flour mill turned outdoor shopping village — a local landmark with year-round restaurants, boutique shops, and the annual Witches of Gardner Village fall festival, which runs August through October and draws tens of thousands of visitors to the 7800 South corridor. Weekend parking along 7800 South and in the adjacent surface lots fills quickly during the fall festival peak, and the surrounding streets aren’t built to absorb large-event overflow. A party bus drops your group at the village entrance and picks everyone up at a set time — no circling the neighborhood, no fighting for the last open spot in the packed lot.
Address: 1100 W 7800 S, West Jordan, UT 84088 | Phone: (801) 566-8903
